Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the fortune app "Purrhaps" (the "App") operated by Rolling Mango Corp (the "Company"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The App provides the following:

• A daily fortune card with lucky color and number
• Fortune guidance through a cat character ("Sinbi")
• Fortune reminders (local notifications)
• Saving and revisiting the fortunes you have received, like a diary on your device
• Access to extra fortune cards using the soft currency ("Churu"), earned through a daily free grant, by watching rewarded ads, or by exchanging Cans
• Access to premium Saju reports (this year's general, love, and wealth readings) using the hard currency ("Can"), which is obtained only by purchase. Reports you have opened remain viewable in your library for that calendar year.

2. Entertainment Purpose; Disclaimer

• Fortunes and advice in the App are entertainment content for fun and reference only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
• You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the content.

3. Currencies ("Churu" / "Can") and In-App Purchases

• The App has two consumable currencies. "Churu" (soft currency) is obtained through a daily free grant, by watching rewarded ads, or by exchanging "Cans", and is used to open extra fortune cards. "Can" (hard currency) is obtained only by purchase and is used to open premium Saju reports. Can is the only currency available for purchase.
• Both are consumable currencies usable only within the App. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.
• Paid Can packs are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, pricing, and refunds are governed by each store's (Apple's or Google's) policies and procedures.
• A premium Saju report is digital content opened by spending Cans; opening it grants an entitlement to revisit it in your library for that calendar year (a new year requires opening it again).
• Exchanging Cans for Churu is irreversible, and Churu cannot be converted back into Cans. Consumable currency (Churu / Can) that has already been used, and premium Saju reports whose viewing has already begun, are non-refundable and excluded from withdrawal of subscription except where required by law. Withdrawal for unused paid currency before viewing begins, and cancellation of a payment made by a minor without the consent of a legal representative, are available as provided by law; requests are generally handled through the store where the purchase was made.
• The Company verifies purchases using store-issued receipts and transaction identifiers on its server, and does not collect or store payment method details such as card numbers.

4. Rewarded Advertising

• The App offers rewarded ads via Google AdMob. Watching ads is optional; completing a rewarded ad grants Churu.
• To prevent abuse, ad rewards are granted after server-side verification, and related processing such as advertising identifiers follows the Privacy Policy. Limits such as a daily reward cap may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

• The App design, software, characters, and illustrations are owned by the Company.
• You may share fortune content for personal, non-commercial use via the App's sharing feature.

6. User Obligations

You must not reverse-engineer or tamper with the App, obtain Churu, Cans, or ad rewards by fraudulent means, or interfere with its normal operation.

If you enter another person's name, birth date, gender, or similar details to generate or view a Saju for someone other than yourself, you are responsible for obtaining that person's lawful consent or authorization before entering and providing such information.

7. Changes to Terms

The Company may revise these Terms when necessary, with notice via an app update or this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
