- Seasonal and weather-based background imagery
- Saving favorite quotes and sharing as images
- Daily quote notification reminders
- Real-time local weather information
3. Advertising
The App includes advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad revenue is used to support the free operation of the App. You may see personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your privacy preferences.
4. Intellectual Property
- All designs, software, background images, and other content created by the developer are the property of the developer.
- Quotes featured in the App belong to their respective original authors. The App provides them within the scope of public domain or fair use.
- You may share quotes through the App's built-in sharing feature for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The App and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, server failures, or factors beyond our control.
- Weather information is sourced from a third-party API (OpenWeatherMap) and its accuracy is not guaranteed.
6. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify App content for commercial use without prior written permission.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated through an app update or this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
