By downloading or using Bibleday ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Services Provided
The App provides the following services free of charge:
- Daily Bible verses
- Seasonal and weather-based watercolor background imagery
- Saving favorite verses and sharing them as images
- Daily verse notification reminders
- Real-time local weather information
3. Advertising
The App includes advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad revenue is used to support the free operation of the App. You may see personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your privacy preferences.
4. Intellectual Property
- All designs, software, background images, and other content created by the developer are the property of the developer.
- Bible passages featured in the App are drawn from public-domain sources, including the King James Version (KJV) and the Korean Revised Version (『성경전서 개역한글판』, Korean Bible Society).
- You may share verses through the App's built-in sharing feature for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The App and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, server failures, or factors beyond our control.
- Weather information is sourced from a third-party API (OpenWeatherMap) and its accuracy is not guaranteed.
6. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify App content for commercial use without prior written permission.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated through an app update or this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
